Our services for the Victorian museum community in 2010 include:

• assistance with accreditation, training, exhibition and grant-seeking needs
• site visits to over 100 regional and metropolitan Victorian museums
• a pathway to better practices and recognition for museums through the Museum Accreditation Program (MAP)
• entry into MAP for 2 museums
• accreditation and reaccreditation assessments for 12 or more museums
• 5 issues of our Victorian member magazine, INSITE
• 48 issues of our Weekly E-Bulletin for members
• over 30 events, workshops and seminars for museum volunteers and paid staff across the state
• 10 free workshops for community museums, thanks to our partnership with Heritage Victoria.
• ‘on demand’ workshops
• training opportunities that reflect The National Standards for Australian Museums & Galleries (2007)
• a grants fund of $130,000
